Transnational Pilot Courses
The courses are developed in alignment with the skills and competencies required by stakeholders, and are designed by the partners with a long-standing expertise in education and training. These partners draw upon their previous experience and international networks to ensure high-quality content.
The courses are aimed at talented graduates and SME employees, with a focus on key topics in Precision Farming. Their purpose is to bridge the gap between academic education and the practical skills demanded by the agri-food industry.
Agri-Digital Growth project contributes to the development of an action plan that supports talent retention, SME digitalisation, and the enhancement of education policies. The project also provides valuable input to RIS3 managers across Central Europe.
